restaurant, café-bar, pharmacy, grocery stores and construction
material stores, library, church and another gas station. The area has
regular bus transport which connects it to the regional capital city
Vratsa (about 1 hour away from here) and the national capital city
Sofia. There are four towns at ½ an hour driving distance from the
property. One of them is Montana, the regional center for the
neighboring area. Just like the other three small towns, it provides
plenty of shops and stores as well as administrative, health and
public services. Cheap rural property with lots of potential at a fair
